Role Overview: What You’ll Do

As a System and Application Services Associate, your work will focus on improving the way clients and the world operate. You’ll be involved in several exciting tasks and responsibilities. Here’s a breakdown:

1. Infra Managed Services:

• Managing infrastructure services for both on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
• Ensure that the infrastructure and operations meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
• Identify areas to improve services and operational efficiency.
• Govern and manage ongoing service delivery and improvements.

2. Application/Cloud Support:

• Support, monitor, and maintain cloud computing systems and applications.
• Use your technical knowledge to diagnose and solve application issues.

3. Project Control Services:

• Assist in project management and ensure smooth Technology Delivery.
• Track and manage project activities to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor multiple stakeholders and align priorities.

4. Low/No-Code App Development:

• Build applications using a low-code platform.
• Work with form builders, pre-built templates, and drag-and-drop interfaces.
• Research and automate internal business processes for efficiency.

5. Quality Engineering:

• Create test designs, processes, and test cases.
• Follow testing standards and apply business knowledge to meet team objectives.
• Design usability tests, analyze results, and share feedback with the development team.

What We Need From You

To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Non-engineering graduates such as B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A., B.Com etc. are eligible.
  • Engineering graduates (B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, MCA, MSc in CS/IT/Data Science) are not eligible for this position.
  • You should have completed your degree in the stipulated duration (e.g., 3 years for BBA, 2 years for MSc).
• Experience:
  • No more than 23 months of full-time work experience.
  • You should not have appeared for any Accenture recruitment process in the last 3 months.
• Other Requirements:
  • No active backlogs during the application process or onboarding.
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones and shifts.
  • Willingness to relocate to any Accenture office across India.
• Citizenship:
  • Only Indian citizens are eligible, or candidates with a valid work permit for India.
  • Bhutan and Nepal nationals do not need a work visa to work in India.
