What Will You Be Doing?

As a Foreign Language – Non Tech Associate, you will work in a range of exciting roles, where your language skills will be highly valued. Here’s what you can expect to do:

1. App/Cloud Engineering:

What Skills Do You Need?

Accenture is looking for candidates who have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Language Skills: You need to have good proficiency in a foreign language, along with strong English skills. This is key, as you will be dealing with clients from across the world.
    • Languages: You can apply if you are fluent in Japanese (N1/N2/N3), German (A2, B2, B1, C1, C2), French (A2, B2, B1, C1, C2), Spanish (A2, B2, B1, C1, C2), Italian (A2, B2, B1, C1, C2), Portuguese (A2, B2, B1, C1, C2), or Chinese (HSK1-HSK6).
  • Basic Computer Skills: You should know how to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for daily tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

    • You should have a degree like B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, B.Voc, BMS, M.A.

    • No more than 23 months of experience.
    • You should not have any active backlogs during the application or onboarding process.
    • You should have completed your degree in the normal duration (for example, completing BBA in 3 years).
  3. Other Requirements:
    • You should not have attended an Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview in the last three months.
    • You must be eligible to work in India either by citizenship or having a relevant work permit.
    • Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a visa. All other foreign nationals will need a work visa or OCI/PIO card.
